Our Story
Six years ago, before we were Stoked Event Co., this whole adventure kicked off in sunny Southern California as So Cal Charm Events! We were busy bees, perfecting the art of wedding planning and designing florals for shindigs of every size.
Even though life brought her North, Instead of slowing down Krystina, hit the accelerator! Planning & Coordinating Weddings every weekend, meeting new vendor friends and making weddings not only beautiful but FUN!
Meeting and working with Alyssa was the Cherry on top. Together, they make a planning powerhouse duo with no detail left behind.

KRYSTINA
Think of Krystina as your "Swiss Army Knife" of the wedding world. Most planners know the theory of a wedding; Krystina knows the reality. Over the last 18 years, she has worn every hat in the business. Food and Beverage? She’s managed banquet teams of 80, serving up perfection for crowds of 500. Dress Stress? She’s a bridal boutique veteran. She knows exactly how to find your style (and keep those alteration costs in check). Florals? With five years in floral design, she knows what’s in season and how to fix a bouquet on the fly. Venue Hunting? Being a Venue Sales pro, she knows the "fine print" secrets most people miss. And knows exactly how to get you the most bang for your buck. As our Founder, Krystina’s mission is simple: she handles the chaos so you can handle the cake.

Building awesome relationships based on trust, integrity, and top-notch service is what she's all about. Since 2019, Alyssa's been a wedding-planning whiz, working with tons of amazing companies in both assistant and lead roles. She's seen it all, from grand ballrooms to cozy backyards, and has mastered the art of making every event a total breeze.
Her absolute favorite thing about weddings is the pure magic of it all—the excitement, the happy tears, and those once-in-a-lifetime "OMG!" moments. Her mission is to handle all the nitty-gritty behind the scenes so you can kick back, relax, and soak up every single second. Need help with timelines, vendors, or just a calming voice? She's your girl, making sure your day is super fun, totally stress-free, and absolutely unforgettable!
